Squeaking

My Ram 2500 4x4 v8 is making a squeaking noise that I can hear at 25 miles an hour and higher. I can hear the noise in the cab and it sounds like it is coming from right where the bed meets the truck. Any suggestions on what this could be? I was thinking drive tran/drive shaft?
