I hope you're sitting down when you get this.

Disconnect the battery
Install a steering wheel holder to lock the steering wheel in straight-ahead position.
Safely raise vehicle.
Remove the under body splash shield if equipped.
Remove the intermediate steering shaft center bolt.
Separate the intermediate steering shaft upper and lower shaft.
Disconnect the electrical connection at starter.
Remove the 3 starter mounting bolts and wiring clip.
Pull the starter forward and down.
Maneuver the starter up and around exhaust.
Work starter past the intermediate steering shaft to remove it from vehicle.

Well I do have one if you don't mind. My car cut off as I was backing into my driveway. And on another occasion as I was driving down to the corner store. It accelerate fine and everything drives smooth but just happened to turn off twice for no apparent reason. I was hoping maybe you could give me a clue to see what it could possibly be. And also when I start the car a puff of white smoke or smog either or comes out the muffler but only when I turn on the car not all the time sometimes. Could those two be connected or two separate things. Please and thank you for your assistance.

Did it stall when you were driving or at an idle? The white smoke concerns me. Steam is normal from the exhaust when first started. However, true white smoke usually indicates that coolant is getting into the combustion chamber. Have you noticed the coolant level dropping? Is there any discoloration or a creamy substance in the engine oil?

Does it start right back up when it stalls? Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked the fuel pump pressure? Since it is stalling when you are moving and not at an idle, the fuel pump is my first guess and the first thing I would check.

What would cause oil to leak into the exhaust. When I removed my intake manifold to perform a routine tune up (it was covering up my other three spark plugs) I noticed it had oil and also in the throttle body. I was hoping you could give me a solution as to what might I have to replace. I bought some intake manifold gaskets because they looked liked they needed replacing. But I know it's never just that simple and easy please help me figure out what it could be.

Most likely the gaskets will eliminate the problem. If it doesn't, you may have excessive blow by allowing engine oil to enter the intake via the PCV system. However, I am concerned with the oil in the exhaust. You can actually see engine oil in the exhaust?

If the starter only clicks, either you have a weak battery, a poor connection at the battery, a weak ground, a poor connection at the starter, or the starter itself is bad.
