Lights flicker

2006 DODGE MAGNUM

Have a 2006 dodge magnum... RANDOMLY the headlights, and the interior lights flicker on and off... It happends when the lights are ON... and OFF.... Cannot drive at night, because you never know when it will happen... Any suggestions?

Have the alternator load tested if okay-Check and test the headlight/dimmer switch

Had the headlight switch replaced.... (140 bucks) its actually HELPED... but did not fix... Before the change it would do it all the time, lights on or of.... NOW since the switch was replaced it ONLY does it at night when lights are on... Took it back to the dealer... they say since they cannot see it happening... or it doesnt do it while its in there hands, theres nothing they can do... (Jerks) but what can i do, im so stressed, so fustrated

Dealer called back, says they have an electrical mechanic look at it but he cannot come in until thursday (3/24) I will update you with the findings, or if it is resolved or not.

altenator replace , groundwire replace, relay switched replaced, nothing has completly STOPED the flickering, it is now drivable its not as bad as it was...but there is still a flicker with the headlights and all of the dash and dome lights inside.... what next? Sell the car? lol really!

Could be the computer if its controlling the alternator's field generation circuit-have this checked
