2006 Dodge Magnum Headlights Flicker

My 2006 Dodge Magnum sxt 3.5L headlights flicker on and off and I cannot find the problem. Ive checked wires, fuses, and relays. What could it be. This happens to the hi/low beams, but no other lights. Fog lights and all running lights stay on with no problems.

Suspect the head light switch first. With the new "CAN BUSS" electrical system, everything imaginable on the car is a computer module including the head light switch, and we all know how reliable computers are.
