2006 Dodge Durango Start Car First Time Oil Light Stays On Turn Offf On Again O

When I start my car for the first time, the oil light stays on. if I turn it off and then on again the light goes out. Do I have something to worry about ?

When I start the ignition all warning lights go out except the oil warning icon {dripping oil can}. while driving the icon stays on.
However if i turn the ignition switch off and then turn it on again the warning icon goes out and stays out.

have the oil pressure manually checked to make sure it 's not an engine problem . this can be a bad connection or a bad oil pressure switch causing this. have a pro check it.
