Started knocking out of no where so i shut down the car right away and had it towed. I uploaded a video of the. Ar running didnt know if it helps any

I forgot to mention that another common problem is a broken timing chain guide. The chain will bang against the housing and make a knocking noise. This is an "interference" engine, so if that chain jumps enough teeth, the valves will be damaged too. That gets to be an expensive repair.
