If I were to take the fuse out that would make the car not turn over or start. Which fuse would I have to take out?
Also what would I have to do to disable the car to make it undrivable. So I can disable it so my son doesn't drive it when he's grounded

Look for a fuse or a relay related to the fuel pump or automatic shutdown (ASD) relay. The fuses may be labeled "PCM", "ECM", "Powertrain Control Module, or something like that.

Be aware causing a dead circuit is likely to set a diagnostic fault code and turn on the Check Engine light when it is detected by the Engine Computer, but the engine should still start when that fuse or relay is reinstalled.
