i was driving my 2006 dodge charger when i made a sharp turn my windsheild wipers start going crazy along with my door locks i pulled over turned my car off now i cant get any power unless i put battery cables on my battery even then i will not start back up

Do you mean "jumper cables". If so, suspect the charging system. If the battery ran down while driving, you'll need to charge it slowly for an hour or two at a slow rate. If the engine starts after that, measure the battery voltage while the engine is running. You must find between 13.75 and 14.75 volts. If it is low, suspect the alternator but there are additional tests needed to confirm that before buying parts.
