Car has a high pitch rotational noise.istly when I turn right or straight goes way turning left?goes away applying brakes just had new front brakes and rotors put on.2006 dodge charger rt 5.7

check the brake pads for hitting the low warners.

check the backing plates that they are not hitting the rotor.
