ADDED FREON FROM OVER THE COUNTER TO LOW SIDE PORT THE ADDED OIL CHARGE THE SAME WAY-NOW I GOT A HISSING NOISE WITH A LITTLE OIL LEAKING OUT,SHOULD I WORRY OR IS IT LEAKING OUT CAUSE ITS OVERFILLED?

If you overfilled it you are going to have a lot more problems than just refrigerant leaking out. You will destroy your compressor in a heartbeat. We call those "over the counter" kits "Death Kits".

That system needs to be charged with the exact specified weight. I suggest you get it to an AC specialist ASAP aznd do not run it in the meantime.
