Start by switching the two front tires. If the pull goes away or pulls the other way, it's a tire pull, not an alignment pull. Often you can also identify a tire pull on front wheel drive vehicles by observing the pull in one direction under moderate acceleration, and it pulls the other way under hard braking.

Watch front tire wear too. If you see accelerated wear on the inside edges, total toe is adjusted negative, (toe out). That means the tires are steering away from the center of the van. That will make it try to follow the tire with the most weight on it which is usually the right one since roads lean to the right so rain will run off.

I normally would agree with you on this thought however the tires are less than a year old. I did check those while they were off and they dont seem to have any wear on the inside, also the alignement checked the toe and all checked out perfect after adjustment. any other ideas, perhaps a sticky caliper?

Check caliper slide pins for free movement.

Also do not dismiss caradiodoc's answer, I have seen brand new tires do this.
