When I press the brakes, it kills the radio, wipers, and ac/heater.

This continues until I come to a long stop. After being stopped with the brake pedal depressed for 15-30 seconds, they all come back on. After that happens the issue goes away until I turn off and restart the car. Then the issue starts over again.
