2006 Dodge Caravan Parking Lights Fog Stay On After Turn Van Off Minutes Also

The parking lights and fog lights stay on after I turn the van off but go off after a few minutes. Also the same lights come on by themselves but go off after a while.........what do you think is the problem? Everything else works fine...so far. I have replaced the battery.

they are controlled by the bcm. have the bcm scanned for any codes and it needs to be monitored to see if it is commanding the lights on
