2006 grand caravan 3.8L, 72,000miles. Has a p0420 code,catalyst efficency below threshold bank 1. Would that be a up stream 02 sensor? I bought it used will the 8yr 80, mile warr still apply to me, i did not buy a extra warr?

The emission's warranty will be covered for you.I posted the trouble code tree for you.If you choose to go to dodge they will charge you a diagnoses fee and if they find it is a emission's warranty covered issue they will cover the repair.
