oil leak

70,000 MILES • 4 CYL • FWD • AUTOMATIC

i have a 2006 dodge caravan 2.4 dohc it has 70.000 miles on it and it keeps blowing the front crank seal this will be the third one they last about a 1000. miles

check to see if your pcv system is working. or change your pcv valve and check thehose to see if it's plugged. you might have something more serious wrong with it, but do that first. If it still does it you need to find out why your engine is building pressure inside, that is whatcauses oil to blow through the seals. check the hose going to the pcv and the hose going to the connector as one or the othercan be plugged/closed or sucking together.
