My steering wheel didn't want to turn

I heard a snap noise and when I tried to turn left at a light my tire kept grabbing and the wheel didnt want to turn. Any idea what this could be? Any idea what this could be?

Sothe steering wheel turns but the left wheel doesnt?I would tie rods inner and outter and the rack and pion.

The left wheel does turn. The right side is pulling and very hard to turn. like it wants not too turn and is being forced to. granted I only forced it enough to get it parked and had to leave it set. There is no way it would have driven my winding road home and I would not have tried it.I am so thankful this didn't happen one mile further up the road where the speed is higher and the road winds.

Check the tie rods and the rack and pion but sounds like the rack and pion from what your saying.
