Code P0480. Replaced engine coolant temperature sensor. Didn't fix the problem?

Check engine light came on. code P0480. replaced engine coolant temperature sensor. Didn't fix the problem. Fan motors still not working. What else could be causing this problem.

The code is for for fan relay control circuit so that wouldn't be a bad coolant temp sensor. Its a problem in the fan circuit. The first thing they have you do for that code is command the fan on with a scan tool. Which I doubt you have a high end scan tool that can do that?I have seen bad relays on those vans it could be a lot of different things. Have you checked fuses yet?Also do you have a multi meter to do some testing?
