Code P0301 with very rough idle

Code P0301-Changed spark plugs, wires, coil, cleaned ERG valve, cleaned intake manifold,vcleaned throttle body. Runs fine but very rough idle w/vibrations. Paid mechanic and still misfire and rough idle.

If it is still missing on cylinder 1, check engine compression in that cylinder. Also, make sure the injector is getting power to that cylinder too.
