using petrol. Hard to build up power. Looses power on steep hills. Garage checked it on machine and cylinder number 4 was the problem. A new coil pack was put in but made no difference. When sitting running some water is coming from the exaust. Petrol tank has been cleaned out to no avail either. Please help..
