Which oil should i use?

Hey guys!Hope you all good. Quick question... Which oil should i use in my Daihatsu Move, which is a 2006 model. ie. 15w-40 etc etc. I was a bit confused with all the different types of oils like 10w-40 etc...
So just wondering which oil to use in my car?

15W-40 semi synth should be fine.
