My car is squealing when in motion, I have experienced some minor shaking on the steering when turning right but this I have not noticed for 10 days now. But I hear the howling noise when my car is in motion.

Sounds like bad wheel bearing. The sound usually lessens/quits when turning in 1 direction or other. Depends on which side is bad. If it's a rear, turning will not usually effect it.
