2006 Chrysler Sebring Hello 2 7 Ltr Motor Bypass Ac Pulley Replaced Twice

Hello i have a 2006 sebring with the 2.7 ltr motor, what i need to know is can i bypass the ac pulley, i have replaced it twice already and im done lol. the bearings are shot,do the make a belt for non ac units or how would i find a belt to fit? any help would make my day thank you.

there is a company named dorman that makes a bypass pulley. a parts store can order this for you.
you remove the ac compressor and install this plate, you can use the same belt and life goes on.
