I don't have heated seats, and the other day and today I felt heat radiating from the drivers side seat. I was driving with no oil, apparently I have a leak and didn't know. My neighbor thinks it's the catalytic converter. But idk. My seat has never done this. I don't want to drive it with my kids I'm scared it's gonna blow up lol.

I doubt it's the converter as there is a shield or should be above it to stop heat from doing that. check to make sure it's there. then make sure your oil is full that may have been the real cause. I fyou have power seats have htem checked out as well.
