How can I remove one of the 5 bolts that hold the intake manifold top and bottom halves together?

I'm able to remove the other 4 bolts, but the one remaining one just turns and does not loosen or tighten.

You gonna have to force it out and then tap/die it later on or whatever?? you have to do

youll need to drill the head off the bolt
