Engine wont rev above 3000 revs

it sounds like its hitting its rev limiter,its should hit this point at about 4000 rpm's.

Thank you, the battery had been flat, I have heard the engine management system can lose the memory of the parameters and driving it can help it relearn the settings? Cheers
