Nocking noice in engine

My car engine makes a nocking noice everytime I drive it and it sounds like its coming from the right side of the engine where the spark plugs are located.

Have it scanned for codes. It could be something as simple as a knock sensor. Also check the oil level. And the condition of the oil. Try using a higher quality fuel for a tankful.
