how hard is it to remove valve cover?

I have a 2006 crysler 300 touring V- 6 making a noise from lifter how hard is it to remove valve cover and tighten I did that on my 1985 camaro and 1953 chevy pick up is there a big difference

Its not bad to remove the valve cover, just take off the upper intake manifold then its a normal job, check for broken/worn valvetrain parts
