car makes a knocking sound

My car makes a knocking sound every time i drive it , i checked where the sound is coming from and it was coming from the right side of the engine where the spark plugs are and i just want know how can i fix this issue or whats causing it ??

Has the check engine on

Sounds like you have some internal engine problems on the right side, please let us know when you take the valve cover off.
