2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer Mis Idle Load First Giving Po301 Replaced Plugs Now

Has a mis at idle or load. First it was giving po301 then i replaced the plugs. Now getting po306. Also had an po106 but replaced map sensor and that went away.

Was told by store iridium plugs were factory gapped

could be a coil failure as well. have them checked.

Bought 1 new coil and tried it on all cylinders but responded the same on all 6.

Check no.6 cylinder compression, injector and no.6 wire resistances
