LET'S READ THIS WITH ALL YOUR HEART!

https://www.2carpros.com/questions/1996-chevrolet-tahoe-wont-start-sounds-dead-battery-jumpbox-get-same-reults

I JUST WENT TO MY MAMA'S HOUSE A FEW HOURS AGO AND BEGAN THE PROCESS OF GETTING MY DAD'S '76 FORD F-150 RUNNING.

I INHERITED A FEW YEARS BACK, I JUST HAVEN'T BEEN REAL MOTIVATED TO GO GET IT.

IT'S HAD 4 OIL CHANGES ON A COMPLETE ENGINE REBUILD, PERFORMED 2 YEARS BEFORE HE FINALLY DIED FROM THREE "AGENT ORANGE" RELATED CANCERS

I SNATCHED THE BATTERY OUT OF MY '46 WILLY JEEP AND INSTALLED IT IN HIS TRUCKI GOT FAINT CLICKING AT THE SOLENOID

NOTICED THE BATTERY CLAMP WAS NOT REAL TIGHT (I JUST HAD TIGHTENED IT?)

I WAS ABLE TO MOVE IT WITH MY HANDS.....SO I TIGHTENED IT MORE.......THAT'S WHEN THE CLAMP "FINISHED BREAKING"

YOU COULD SEE FROM THE DIRT/ STAIN, WHERE IT SHEARED OFF, THAT IT HAD BEEN CRACKED A WHILE!

NO PROBLEM FOR ME....I KEEP SPARES IN MY OTHER JEEP, A '77 CJ 5

THAT'S HOW EZ THAT WAS!

CLICK ON AND READ MY LINK AT THE TOP AND REALLY ATTACK THOSE CONNECTIONS!!!

I HAVE IT RUNNING NOW, NEED TO AIR UP THE TIRES, BLEED AND CHECK THE BRAKES, GET MY MAMA TO SIGN HIM OVER, CALL THEN INSURANCE COMPANY, DRIVE HIM 30 MILES TO MY HOUSE......THEN BEGIN A COSMETIC RESTORATION!!!

KEEP US POSTED ON HOW IT'S GOING!

THE MEDIC
