2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer Blow By Coming Oil Inlet Due Ring Disorder Checked

I have a blow by coming from oil inlet due to ring disorder. I checked with many mechanics and the only solution from their side is to rebuild the engine which cost a lot. I read about ceramic engine treatment. Is it really working? Is there any side effect for it? Is there any specific type I can use?

your mechanic is right the engine treatements don't work for that.or anything other than to line the manufacture of it.
