What needs to be fixed?

I replace spark plugs on my 2006 tahoe and it ran fine for about 5000 miles. Now it has not power and i have to give it more gas then it kicks in. It shifts hard poor gas mileage. Thought fuel filter but someone said it does not have one? Thank you

The fuel filter is co-located with the fuel level sending unit inside the tank.
Hard shifting-Have you changed the fluid or filter yet?
No power-Could be a plugged catalytic converter.
