throttle sensor

When I check my throttle body sensor do I use ac or dc voltage. I amtrying to see if my throttle body sensor is bad. Also to I push it in the clip or do I push it where the wire is.Do I do it with the engine on or off thanks.

you need a scan tool, not a voltmeter. you need a shop to check it for you to verify the failure.
