recently I have noticed a vibration and different sound to my Duramax truck. I have noticed the vibration is especially bad at speeds between 45 to 55 mph. I can't see anything loose under the truck. I can also feel under my feet while driving. the sound of the truck that I was used to has also changed. What do you think is wrong? I thought about changing the u joints but not sure if that will fix it. What do you think?

U-joints are the most likely suspects. You can check them for looseness by twisting on the drive shaft while the truck is in neutral and the wheels are blocked, but a joint can be tight too. You have to remove the shaft to check for that. Tight joints will also often have a reddish-colored powder around one of the bearing cups.
