Your question: "I have an chevy optra 2006! The problem with it is the speedometer not working and it drives only in 1, 2, 3 gear! 4 and 5 dosent work it is a automatic car. What can cause this problem?"

Have you checked for codes yet?You could a speed sensor issue.

Yes it did! I have a Computer that detects what problem the car could have and when I hooked it up it detected the speed sensor output could this cause this problem?

Alright how about sharing the exact code number your code scanner gave you?It will start with a P followed by a four digit number.

I posted a tree to tell if its the speed sensor or wiring pcm etc. Let me know what you find.
