what is the repair required
the motor temp was increased to the heigst temp due to lake of cooling wtr the stopped automatically ,the cover of wtr tank changed and wtr replanished the engine starts agin but there are some problems.:
-dificulty in cold starting the engine,there is expected cylinder head leak.
-the measured compression pressure 9.5 f0r each cyinder.
-the fuel filter changed, the spark plugs replaced by new.

Sounds like it needs a water pump or headgasket.
