small bubbles in the cooling system

My 2006 Chevrolet impala has small bubbles coming out of the cooling system but the temperature gauge is at normal what could cause this problem and is it major

Once all air is removed from filling a cooling system, there should be no more so it depends on what exactly you were doing. If you were just filling it, then you may see that temporarily but if it continues to do that, you may have a blown head gasket.
