The caliper is not the parking brake on this vehicle. This has a drum brake set up that is actually on the inside of the brake rotor. So, you have a traditional rear disc brake system with a parking brake on the interior of the rotor.

I am attaching the info from the manual below on how to adjust them but here is a video on replacement of a very similar set up.
