Noise and leaking

My car makes a rubbing noise near the front passenger side tire when I turn left an liquid runs in on the floor. What could this be? 2006 chevy impala.

have the front end checked out. it could be a hub bearing or a bad cv joint.
the liquid on the floor is either ac drain clogged, if it is clear, or a bad heater core if it is coolant.

also check the p/s rack needs to be checked for leaking and the p/s fluid needs to be checked.
