When crank car check eng light on an abs light on. Car will crank an run but when you put in gear vhel not move gas peddle goes to floor but rpm's does not raise. Let vhel sit sometimes for a while or keep turning key off an on lights will go off an vhel is fine.

have it scanned for codes the abs is screwing up the traction control and not letting you go anywhere.plus there is something else wrong due to check engine light. auto parts stores cannot read abs codes. so a pro has to look at it. if you have something hooked up to your aldl take it out as it may be the problem. Like the things progressive insurance advertises for example.
