2006 Chevrolet Equinox Slowing Down Get Thumping Clucking Noise Rear Truck

When slowing down i get a thumping or clucking noise from the rear of the truck. The noise seemed to have moved to front of truck when tires were rotated but now it is at the back again. I don't know if it is related to the tires or truck itself.

have the struts checked in rear.
