blend door actuator location

It would be hard for you to manually close the mode-blend door flap and without the actuator in place it probably wouldn't stay closed. The mode-blend door actuator is a small electric motor that opens and closes a door to direct airflow throughout certain air ducts. It is mounted on the left side of the HVAC module under the right side of the dash. Here is a tutorial showing what is involved for its replacement:
