2006 Chevrolet Equinox Cd Player Stop Working Will Release That Inside Receive

My cd player stop working it will not release the cd that is inside. I receive this message no cd, should I jist replace the factory radio and cd or is it a fuse. Please help

It's a lot more than just replacing the radio. GM designed it so you have to go to the dealer and have the radio repaired by one of their two grossly over-priced repair centers. When it's returned, the dealer has to install it and program it to the car before it will work.
