good aligned wheels...odd vibrations

2006 CHEVROLET COBALT
70,000 MILES • 4 CYL • FWD • AUTOMATIC

I have new wheels and tires, computer aligned and balanced, and i still get wheel vibrations over 55 mph. would this be a tie rod or a wheel hub/bearing assembly?

Is there any noise coming from the front? Also, are you sure you don't have bent rim?

could be an out of round tire also...
