I took my 06 cobalt in to find out why it's dieing. They said it wasn't the ignition that's recalled. Said I needed to have PCM red lashed. Well they did it and now car won't start at all. Now they want to send it to a dealer and charge me 780 dollars to fix it. I feel they broke my car why do I have to pay for it. Is this right?
