2006 Chevrolet Cobalt Engine Blown Because Low Oil Replaced Got Battery

My engine was blown because of low oil. I replaced the engine and got a battery. The security lock was on before replacing engine and is now on after the new engine is there. I tried the 30 min re learn procedure it did not work. Now what do i do?

no 30 minute re learn..

you put the key to start and then back to on, leave it there for about 10 minutes or when the security light goes out, then you repeat, di it 3 times, turn the key off and then try to start
