the windshield washers do not work and they are not frozen

I Cannot hear the pump work when I push the button. Is there an easy way to make sure it is the pump and not a fuse or something before I take this all apart? could there be any other problem other than the pump?

have a test light and disconnect pump and have someone push the button to see if it is getting power. if not then it is the switch/fuse, etc.
