I have pryed and chipped away at aluminum pump and have holes to where I can fit a pry bar in it and will not budge I hav e the pulley off cuz I broke it out and have drillied holes and broken pieces off and still no luck

What on earth are you trying to do? You certainly don't need a pry bar to get a water pump off. If you have the 3 bolts out, the pump should come out rather easily. If you damage that sealing surface on the block in any way, the whole engine will be junk.
