The cruise light on the cluster does not light up. Checked the fuse box for a cruise control fuse can't find it.

The cruise control buttons are located on the steering wheel. The horn works. Could it be a bad clockspring?

The first thing you need to do is have the car scanned for codes. Take it to a auto parts store and have it scanned for codes. If you have any codes write them down. Let me know what codes you have if you have any. That is are starting point.
