2006 Cadillac Escalade Ext Accelerating Medium Fast Pace Reversing After First

When accelerating at medium or fast pace or when reversing after first driving forward, i hear a sound from the under centre of the car like a gear missingg (loud clicking/clonk). Sometimes it happpens once and sometimes up to three time depending on strain.
I have removed the two drive shafts from the centreal differential and splines do not appear worn

Any suggestions please.

check your ujoints and center support bearing if you see rust around ujoint seals replace the joints.
